DAVID A. PARNES
The firm was established by David A. Parnes, a seasoned international business lawyer.
Mr. Parnes is admitted to the bar in New York, Israel and England, and is wholly fluent
in English, French and Hebrew. Educated in England, he earned a LL.M (honors)degree from the University of Cambridge and a LL.B (honors) from the University of Manchester. He also holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management (at Northwestern University) and Tel Aviv University.
Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Parnes worked as a commercial attorney at a leading New York firm, as well as in Tel – Aviv, Israel.
Mr. Parnes' expertise lies in commercial and corporate transactions, including setting up international investment entities and holding companies, corporate structuring, investment activities, mergers and acquisitions, international and domestic joint ventures, and commercial arrangements.

Doron Afik obtained his LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is admitted to practice in both Israel and New York. Mr. Afik spent six years at the International Department of Caspi & Co., a leading law firm in Israel. Mr. Afik specializes in international transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial agreements, as well as structured financing and over-the-counter derivatives transactions. Mr. Afik routinely assists clients in their commercial negotiations and advises corporations in their day-to-day activities. He is fluent in English and Hebrew.
Shlomi Turgeman Shlomi Turgeman completed his LL.M studies at Bar Ilan University. Previously Mr. Turgeman clerked at the District Court of Jerusalem, and practices within the commercial department of Caspi & Co., a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
Mr. Turgeman specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. He is often involved in corporate-rehabilitation, liquidations and receiverships, as well as in connection with privatization issues, antitrust law, banking and finance, and business licenses.
Mr. Turgeman teaches at various faculties around the country (including Bar-Ilan University, and the Sha'arei MishpatCollege) courses in: Securities Law, Antitrust Law. He is a leading expert in shareholders disputes.
